We couldnt recommend Esale enough, they have provided us with excellent service throughout the whole process of our house sale. Even though the sale process fell through and took longer than we planned, Esale stuck with us throughout and were more than accommodating when we had to put the house back on the market twice! They were great with staying in touch and keeping us updated, and also went above and beyond to help us out with viewings. The staff were extremely versatile and helpful, and we felt we could speak to any of them with our queries. A special mention Mark and Max, who were the main people we dealt with, and provided fantastic customer service. We shopped around different high street and online estate agents, and by far Esale were the best, providing a more personal service rather than just being another number like most main stream agents. We highly recommend this estate agent, as they were easy, effective and great value for money too!
Connected to Elet who are one of the worse agencies in town. Never pay deposits back. Don't check properties if you are a landlord. Real terrible firm. Just due some DD and stay away.
Esale provided me with an excellent service with the sale of my house, even going as far to help me when i had questions relating to the one i was buying and then helped me to find some temporary rental accommodation while i waited for my new property to be ready.They provide the same service that i wanted from a high street estate agent at a fraction of the price and i cannot recommend them highly enough.

It's understandable that some will have reservations about selling their home online but our experience with esale was everything they promised it would be: fast, professional, and hassle-free. We had a valuation within hours and agreed a form of words for the marketing, approved floor plans, had a professional photographer visit to take pictures and watched the For Sale board go up in just a few days. We sat back, prepared to wait a while for viewings but, within a few days, we already had a few lined up. Dave and the esale team were great with feed-back, calling us soon after each visit - but we were thrilled when a young couple we really hoped would take care of the house we'd called home for 14 years came back with a firm and fair offer which we were delighed to accept. Esale were then on hand to keep us posted on progress right up to completion. They say moving house is one of the most stressful things we do in our lives - but not with esale... We would have no hesitation in recommending them - and have done so more than once already.
