They were so professional from the start - Andrew was so knowlegable about the market, gave great advise which we took and we got a good price very quickly. The sale was quite tricky but it was down to Andrew and his team to get us to the exchange - without them the whole chain would have fallen through - their no nonsense approach worked brilliantly. Have never written a review for an Estate Agent before! but as a buyer with complex requirements who's been looking for just the right home for a few months now, I have to say Robyn is just outstanding and a country mile ahead of any other negotiator I've come across. She is well-informed (has obviously done her homework), patient, proactive but not pushy, very honest, and has bothered to put herself out to understand my requirements - ie she cares! This is a novelty in the world of estate agents! Highly recommended.
