Definitely lived up to expectations. I was selling my house and these guys were recommended to me - and I can see why. Professional and on the ball and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble. I was looked after by Louise and the manager Paul, but all the staff were ever friendly whenever I needed to pop in or call. I know they're part of a large chain, but this local branch gave service about and beyond and exceeded my expectations. So friendly too.
