I was so impressed by their simultaneous care for the vendor & purchaser, that I resolved, therefore, if ever I was selling again, I would get their team to market my property. I have bought & sold many homes in Harrogate, the last one through a successful Harrogate agent, but, sadly, I felt like I was in a call centre each time I 'phoned, which friends also commented on.What a difference walking into Beadnall Copley! what a wonderful ratio of male & female. Enthusiasm bounced off their walls & they were extremely professional, courteous, friendly & fun. I noticed how they treated my buyer on her trips to my property too! very importantly they kept her 'on side'. I was high as a kite through most of the sales process from the start of an offer to the finishing line. I was given counselling & confidence, Harriet keeping me in line.. I felt the whole team worked as one, so that if one person was out of the office, it didn't have a negative effect & together, ultimately , a well oiled machine achieved a very happy ending.A wonderfully managed office where the manager, Daryl, does not sit behind a glass wall partitioned from his staff. What a super team they are! The open day they arranged, for the short window we had to sell, worked perfectly, with the legendary Wendy, 'the house whisperer', showing potential purchasers round with great aplomb!We had more than one offer, exactly the same, & I was about to accept one when Emma said let's get 5.000 pounds more, which they duly did!Bravo ! Beadnall Copley ! my thanks to Daryl & to all his wonderful team who were truly exceptional with a difficult client (moi ).If any one asked me which agent to give the responsibility of selling their home, I would say Beadnall Copley. Why ? "They'd be daft to go anywhere else."
Worst flat viewing imaginable.Firstly, I had arranged the viewing at 5:30 on the 18th July but had advised I would be around 5 minutes late as I only finished work at 5:30.Then the agent Andrew who was showing me round greeted me with youre late. I was about to go and usually when you make an appointment you stick to the time. This response immediately made me very uneasy and astounded. I do NOT expect to be greeted like that from someone representing a professional organisation. Oh, and not to mention when he told me to hurry up as he had to go for another viewing and was shaking his head at me. I will never be using Beadnalls again; it is disgusting that he thought he could speak to a customer like that. I completely appreciate I was a few minutes late but even so, his whole attitude was appalling. I look forward to hearing your response.
Great service whilst the negociations were going.very efficient team that did a great job with our purchase. However poor after care. not even an answer to my emails that had very simple questions. Shame as I would otherwise have sold with them too in the future.
Have recently sold with Beadnall and Copley in a fast and efficient manner.
