Worst agency in UK, They will trick you they will lie to you and make sure you lose your deposit at the end of the tenancy and many charges comes after you agreed for a tenancy with them. Please stay away as far as you can from the Verity Frearson. The people who work for this estate agent should be behind the barrs and if the British law ever work Verity Frearson should be close down lon long time ago.If you do not like to lose too much many and harassment from this stupid unprofessional agency then i strongly suggest you to stay away from this scam estate agency.
My experience was with Verity Frearson's lettings department. Expect poor service unless you are willing to chase them constantly to get jobs done. Mistakes were made by them on numerous occasions. Would not recommend.
My advice would be to walk past this estate agent to the next one. Terrible experience.
Called to try book a viewing (yes with limited availability) was met with a lady on the phone who sounded fed up and like she didn't want to be there, didn't seem generally interested in getting a viewing booked in for her vendor and in the end no viewing booked (sorry vendor I did try). Very very poor in a suffering house market, Think twice about this one.16/07/2018 - Spoke to Jamie on the phone who was helpful and managed to do what her colleague could not achieve and got me booked in for a viewing with no issues what so ever. Good safe mate and thank you for your time and response.
Outstanding estate agents.I am a tenant and very happy with their service and response time. All emails and telephone calls are answered promptly. Cannot recommend them enough especially Jonathan Freeman who does not hesitate to go the extra mile.
