Lovely boutique hotel, great welcome guaranteed from very amiable and helpful staff, fab restaurant and a great location too
Bed was not good - mainly the stay was spoiled by the woman behind the front desk shouting at my wife that she'd parked in the wrong place. I moved the car 18" to one side to make it okay, but there was no need for the aggressive behaviour towards my wife !!
Nice hotel with lovely staff who seemed to be a bit overstretched during our latest visit. The breakfast was being cleared away very early on the second morning and the male member of staff made a great deal of banging to try and clear the dinning room as quickly as possible.
What an amazing hotel. The staff are fantastic and the room was lovely. With the Orchid restaurant downstairs too, this hotel is definitely worth a visit to stay.
Lovely hotel very close to the centre of Harrogate - so, easy walking to places such as Bettys. Hotel has friendly and welcoming staff. Public areas are clean and well presented - comfy sofas! And my room was spacious, well-appointed and clean. Breakfast was good - loved the 'Yorkshire'. Lovely touch is the little bottle of *fresh* milk in the fridge for your morning tea. Much nicer. Much appreciated. Note - there is a small car park at the back of the hotel - look out for the narrow road to the right of the hotel's front. I look forward to going back.
