Third time we have stopped here. The location is terrific for Harrogate and the surrounding area. Taking in Ripon cathedral or Thirsk ( Yorkshire Vet country). Next to the York/Leeds railway. So you can take your pick. Harrogate Centre is only a 25 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by train. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place really needs a refurbishment. It is looking a little tired. For instance, still have 21 inch TVs in every room. A 1000 watt wall convector heater to inadequately heat a large room. Minor grumbles. Definitely stay again.

We really liked this Premier Inn! We were given a great welcome when we arrived and all the staff we encountered during our two night stay were helpful, friendly and efficient.The pub / restaurant was pleasant and the staff good there too. The offering everywhere at Premier Inn is really good but people make the service you get and they were great here!! Well done, everyone!!!!It is walkable into Harrogate without too much difficulty or you could take the train, as the station is nearby. We tried the nearby Al Bivio restaurant on our second night - see my review for that.A busy car park here but no issues. All in all a really good stay. A good stop-off on a long journey up to Glasgow. We would use this branch again!!
Nice clean hotel. Was quite outdated inside, which was unexpected as from the outside the hotel looks modern and new, but the rooms werent. Overall the cost and stay was good. Car park on the front had one space left on arrival. Restaurant next door.
Very good just for some reason got a double instead of a twin, they very good and got it sorted quick though. Looks like quite a busy place in the week but nice and quiet today. Good base for Harrogate town centre.
