Really friendly staff, nice bright surroundings. Doctors and receptionist's always seem really helpful.
I have come to this GP since i moved to Harrogate and i can't see myself being anywhere else. All the gp's i have seen are always polite and always make sure you've said everything and go away without thinking 'i should have asked this' or 'I'm not quite sure i understand what they mean by..' My Parents have recently moved away and haven't been able to find the GP's they were hoping for, so much so that my Mum has recently been travelling back to see a GP from the spa surgery privately.Me and my Mum have chronic illness, different but still as hard for GP's and doctors to understand but here at the Spa Surgery they make me feel like they understand and that they're willing to help. I often have to travel for my appointments and often i can predict the outcome and come back 'empty handed' with nothing useful but here i aways leave with either a better understanding of a tablet/injection and they give me the right dose and if it isn't working as well as hoped they are more than willing to help and get something which works for you.I have been going through such a hard time with my physical and mental health and with the help of the GP's here, especially one Dr, i don't think i would have been able to approach this tough time as i am. I am forever grateful, it is so easy to let hard times get to you but with the right people, GP's and doctors around theres nothing better. ps I always have loads of hospital appointments and the text messages reminding me, help a lot.
