Give yourself lots of time if you intend to use the car park, at least 30-40 mins before your appointment. Usually parking on upper level.
We were 10 minutes late for a 9.30 appointment, due to queuing to get in to park and the sign in touch screen not working and were told that the Consultant would not see us as we were ten minutes late!How disgusting, we have waited more than 30 minutes in her clinic in the past when she has been running lateThis is appalling after waiting 8 months to see a specialist. After complaining she finally deemed to see us but the appointment was very short and sharpThis is unacceptable and we will be putting in a formal complaint. Shocking treatment
