Admitted as an NHS patient under the Neurosurgery team. Everything was perfection. Warm welcome, lovely room, prompt assessment by surgeon and anaesthetist. Surgeon, anaesthetist, nursing, physiotherapy and pharmacy staff all first class. I cannot fault any facet of my care and am making an excellent recovery. Very, very happy.
Took my mother in here in a wheelchair and she walked out 4 days later, brilliant surgeon and physio's. All staff very caring, thank you

Very bad experience! The receptionist was very rude!!! After forgeting to give my friends details for a blood test, we were there with a toddler for an hour because of it and when she eventually got inside for the blood test , her son started crying and this disgusting excuse of a receptionist asked me to take the child outside in the cold! Shame on you!!!!
Chaotic appointment booking process. They sent me an appointment without agreeing a date. Then attempted to charge me for missing an appointment. Booking person was poorly trained, could not clarify what they needed re my insurance company authorisation. AVOID THEM unless you have time to waste.
