I can't really rate this store highly enough. I've dealt with them a couple of times throughout my mountain biking lifetime, and each time the service has been exemplary, with great after sales care. The first time was in 1998 and it's very pleasing that nothing had changed since then.
After falling fowl of an another online bike company going into liquidation and doing a bunk with my money, Martyn ( jungle products) and Al (stif cycles) came to the rescue. Their communication was fantastic and the bike was delivered within 24hrs, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend.
Having pre-ordered a 2019 Santa Cruz some time ago I was kept upto date with the state of the shipping/arrival times. When I went to collect the bike Al gave me a full run down of the bike as well as setting up the basics in-store before I took the bike home.Al and the rest of the guys at Stif, I can't thank you all enough for the great service and after care you provide!! Keep up the great work.
After many emails, (probably too many on my part) I finally have a bike on the way, after trying to get around the horrendous waiting times of Santa Cruz bikes. Rob persuaded me with a deal I couldn't resist on a 2018 Nomad instead of waiting another 2 months for a 2019 model. These guys bent over backwards to make me happy and I'll be reccomending them to everyone I know! I'll add a picture of the bike when it's received
I enquiried on their attractively priced 2018 Bronson on the Monday over the phone with Adam. He sorted the finance swiftly over the phone and took the deposit. 24 hours later I was there at Stif collecting my dream bike. I was offered a coffee on collection by the team (after a 2 hour drive) then they wheeled my new bike out of the back. Adam spent over an hour answering every single question I threw at him. Every question from carbon maintenance to tubeless setups. Such a swift, friendly knowledgeable team. I have no intention of buying future bikes anywhere else. Thanks Adam.
