Staff were brilliant; responsive to what I was looking for and knowledgeable about the bikes. The trade in discount is a great idea too. I would definitely recommend coming and speaking to the team at Harrogate about your n+1 bike.

Had a pair of Bontrager wheels rebuilt to replace some worn rims ahead of riding over the cobbles in the Tour of Flanders sportive in March. Helpful and prompt service. Advice on tyres was invaluable and the wheels were rock solid for the event and remain so.

Great store, saved my bacon when I turned up first thing on Sunday morning needing disk brake pads replacing. I was cycling back to Durham and the bike was unusable. They replaced my pads in quick time and got me back on the road, brilliant service from the staff and a fair price for the item and work carried out. Highly recommend.
