Absolutely terrible! Iv ordered here a few times and everything has been ok, until tonight when they messed my order up, I phoned them to let them know and was told I was in the wrong and all they could do was laugh and suggest that next time I order something different, barring in mind I always order the exact same things!! Not a happy bunny!

Ordered food via just eat. 2 hours after ordering, food still hadn't arrived! Phoned restaurant twice and spoke to a very rude girl on the phone who sniggered and tutted because I asked to speak to someone in charge. Eventually spoke to manager who admitted he hasn't even started cooking my food yet. Word of advice if you want your food the same night make sure you order at least 4 hours in advance!!!!

Great food! Lots of options to choose from. Best tasting in Harrogate in my opinion. Huge down side is the staff , they keep getting our orders wrong and the staff rushes you.
