Waited for 2 hours before finding out my order had been cancelled.
I haven't been to Domino's in awhile and now I remember why. The service here is always hit or miss and today was awful. After placing an order on the app to pick up I arrived a few minutes early and there was already someone waiting to be served and someone else came in after me. Three customers waiting to be served, three staff making pizzas and two stood hiding near the oven.. after trying to gain someones attention I resorted to calling the store to see if anyone would atleast respond to that.. nothing! In the end I had to wait for almost 10 minutes before I caught the attention of one of the staff making the pizzas and asked if I could have my order as it was getting cold. It's not even a particularly busy day so I dread to think what it's like there over the weekend. I've had so many disappointing pizzas and incorrect orders from them too that I really can't even give it 2 stars because our pizzas today, although cold, were edible and correct.
I would have given it 3 stars because although the food was nice, the order was slightly wrong. However, after I called to tell them about the problem the staff were very helpful and understanding. I went back and the service was perfect.

When ordering pizza by phone you cannot hear what they say - its a race to get the words out. When I call I usually get put hold so they can serve someone else - that's just rude. When they say 20 - 30 minutes get there in 15, the amount of times I have got there in 20 minutes and found that the pizza has been sat waiting for me. When I order a pizza, I get them to read the order back - the amount of times the order is wrong is beyond me. When they eventually get it all right, the pizza is good, not amazing but good.
