Last night I ordered two 11 pizzas and was told it would be a maximum of 40 minutes for delivery. After 50 minutes I rang up and after 60 minutes I rang up and was told it was on the way and they were sorry. After 80 minutes I rang up for a third time and they contacted the driver who it turns out had gone out of Harrogate. Our order arrived after 85 minutes, the bottom of the pizza boxes were soggy along with the pizza and it was only just warm. I refused to pay full price and was only given 4 off when I believe we should not have paid at all. They were the worst pizzas I have ever eaten and I will definitely not be returning here!

Absolutely disgusting, pizza extremely salty, chicken was not cooked. Chef clearly not trained to cook. One bite all to the bin!

Ordered pizza, topping not cooked. Ordered family fried chicken, inside still blood red. Chips were rock hard. Mixed kebab wasnt mixed just kebab meat and burned chicken. What concerned me was the chicken was not thoroughly cooked. Our order ended up in the bin. It was delivered and unable to return or I would have. The meal was a complete fail.
