terrible absolutely terrible.... taken them well over a year now for a will/probate... we was originally supposed to be getting around 8000 each... now turns out to be 2600 due to there charges... I will be takin them to legal ombudsman/Leo or court as soon as I recieve a full brake down from them, we have had no paperwork at all regarding charges for emails and phone calls, literally nothing at all... it takes them weeks to respond to my emails, you ring the office and clive is hardky ever there... probably our playing golf!! now they are essentially charge us tens of thousands.... so don't use Andersons solicitors people
