I cannot recommend James highly enough, he has the patience of a saint and has well and truly gone above and beyond for us in trying to ensure our transaction is as smooth as possible. Naturally we did our own research into which products were out there but very quickly realised that James had got us the best to suit us and we ought put our faith in him and let him get on with what he does best! Nothing has been too much trouble, not outwardly anyway, and we'll be back when we're ready to do it all again!
