Everything was great, easy to download a claims form, I had a question so called an agent who was very helpful and understanding. I paid my excess and the rest was settled directly with the vet. Excellent, hassle free experience.
Really happy with my recent dealings with 4 paws. I use them for my bulldog. Put my claim in and within 10 days paid out no problem. Other insurers won't pay out for cherry Eye on bulldogs but they did. They also keep you updated by text message which is very helpful.

I claimed for the first time against this policy for my dog who had an ear infection over Christmas. The claim was settled with no hassle at all.I'd paid the vet at the time of the treatment so I printed off and filled the form in and gave it to my vet, they completed and processed the form and then 4Paws Pet insurance paid me direct (less the excess) I can now fully recommend this company and hope if I ever have to claim again the process is as smooth the 2nd time round
