The service from both Trevor and Rollo is excellent. All work that has been performed for me is of the highest standard and they are far cheaper than a jaguar main dealer. OK, so their unit is round the back of other units but the industrial park itself is tiny so it is not that hard to find. I took my car to a main dealer for them to repair an issue with the electronic handbrake. The dealer told me I needed 2 new parts and the cost would be close to 1,000, I took it to Harrogate Jagwar and they repaired it without replacing any parts and it cost 70. Highly recommended.
These guys came recommended to me. They collected my car gave it a full service and returned it on time at a very reasonable price too. They also polished a small scratch out too. I will be using them again. Thank you Trevor.
I've used these guys for years. They were recommended to me by a friend about several years ago and they've worked on all kinds of cars for me including a TVR Tuscan, a Range Rover Sport, a BMW 3 series, and a Merc E350 (never a Jag, weirdly!) I can honestly say I've never encountered a single problem and always found the quality of their work to be exemplary. No one's perfect but compared to faceless dealerships, these guys are much nicer to deal with, not to mention a lot cheaper!
I decided to try to the local Jaguar repair instead of driving into York to the dealer (big mistake). I thought I would check out the service with a simple headlight change. I called earlier in the afternoon to make sure they would have the parts. They said I didnt need an appointment that it could be done while I wait. I drove the 1/2 hour to their shop arriving just after 4:30. The shop was difficult to find as it is on the back side of another business and the signage is poor. When I did find it they had closed 45 minutes early and the shop is dark. I am glad to of found out this way about this lackluster company. I would hate to of found out about their lack of professionalism and attention to detail while driving down the M1 instead of their inability to adhere to their own hours. I rely, as most do, on my vehicle being in tip top shape for the safety of my family. I would have no faith in a company to care about the safety of my family when they have so little regard for the valuable time of their customers.
I would love to say this is a good garage but after they promised to collect my car and didn't after 2 weeks I have no idea how good the work is.The collection was time critical, that was explained and they promised each day that they would collect it the next. Sometimes they are pleasant on the phone and sometimes so rude.It would be fantastic if I could just have got some work done!
