Great experience from start to finish. I was looked after by Louise Winter and I have to say its the best customer service Ive ever had when it comes to cars and main dealers. They really want to ensure your experience as a Mercedes driver is nothing short of perfect. The facilities are amazingly clean and lots of happy faces to greet you when you go in. Not to forget the offer of tea or coffee. Got a great courtesy car too and was well informed about the couple of small issues my car had. They also have a race seat with a PS4 for the kids which is brilliant.All round very happy customer and for this reason alone I will continue to be brand loyal to Mercedes. This is a great dealership I cant recommend highly enough.
