Exceedingly helpful with selling cars but totally dishonest with the valuation on a trade in of a Fiesta. Sold said Fiesta next door at Evans Halshaw Harrogate, 2 days later, without trading in, for more than 3 times Stratstones offer and I see it sold straight away. Not surprisingly, as it had been a great little car. Second time weve had this experience with this dealership. A similar experience at BMW Strastone Harrogate some years ago. Company policy they wont negotiate price and have a list of excuses why they offer such low valuations. Avoid unless you are happy about being ripped off.
Lots of Minis for sale at this Stratstone dealership. Very friendly staff who all work on a no commission basis. Arranged a test drive quickly. If you want a Mini then worth a visit.

Booked our Mini in for a service, needed a courtesy car and was told had to wait 6 weeks, that's fine and booked in. Six weeks later turn up and told no booking. After showing the sulky female a text confirmation she informed us the booking is at the BMW, as if I can mind read. No directions just its down the road. Well we will not be back here, went to the BMW garage and treated with respect and could not do enough for us. Perhaps you should send your staff down there and they can show you how to treat NEW customers. You will not get any of our business again. We have also informed MINI of your poor service.
