Delicious afternoon teas were delicious and the service was of excellent quality
Great place for food, maybe more of a treat than everyday as prices on the high side. But quality and service first class so well worth it.
My family take me (62 woman) at least twice a year for my birthday and mother's day.. we usually go to betty's in the centre of harrogate but this time we went to Harlow Carr for the first time because the parking was better as I am disabled. I was excited and looking forward to my meal. Unfortunately Bettys had changed the menu. It was ham and pickle' I don't like pickle. Salmon and dressing.. coronation chicken.. I only like plain chicken. And cucumber and dill again I had to choose 4 plain ham which I was disappointed with. The jam flavour had been changed and it had a after taste I only ate half my scone.. I did enjoy my small birthday cake with candle. Overall I had a lovely day but was not happy with the change of menu.. hence why I gave Bettys a four star instead of the usual five star
