Love the new showroom. Ive been in quite a few times in the last 3 weeks for help with a project and all the staff have been very helpful and accommodating in person and on the phone.

Poor customer service, sour faced manager, unpleasant Sunday experience picking a paint order up. I will not return to this store. I advise you to order online or go to Manchester.
The staff in here really know their stuff and are extremely helpful. Not just selling you paint but give really good advice and suggestions going well above and beyond the call of duty. Their design suggestions were really helpful and stopped me making some bad colour decisions. I've been in several times and both ladies have been really helpful and knowledgeable. Despite a busy phone line and shop they try to attend to everyone with equal care. And of course I love the paint. My whole house is Farrow and ball and I wouldn't have it any other way! You get what you pay for and there is a huge, huge choice.
