My wife & I had a really wonderful time at Nidd Hall,our room was a signature room & it was very spacious & comfortable & very clean.The food was of a very high standard & delicious there was always a very large choice on the menu & I enjoyed the Chef's signature choice on the menu. The staff were always polite & helpful. Every evening there is good entertainment with the Northern lights band & good comedians. The grounds are kept to a high standard & it was pleasant strolling around the gardens down to the lake. I stayed from the 19th Feb= 23rd Feb Finally I would like to thank the manager & staff for making sure our break was enjoyable.
Great food. Lovely accommodation. Beautiful countryside. And it was a Soul Festival weekend. Music was mostly fabulous. Great margaritas :-D
What can we say. We love coming to Nidd, it's a wonderful relaxing break. Food excellent, entertainment very professional and always entertaining.We will be seeing you all in a few weeks time and we can't wait. Mrs R Gibson
Nice Hotel in lovely grounds, staff are generally good, lot to be desired in the restaurant however.. Bar staff excellent and could not be faulted. The waiting staff have training issues and this causes delays in service and cold food.. Ultimately spoiling the holiday.. Otherwise as usual a pleasant stay at a Warner hotel..
Accommodation good/plumbing could be improved. Ambience of Nidd Hall hotel good. Food choice & quality excellent. In-house performers & staff extremely hard working & helpful. Elton tribute brilliant but expected professional acts on at least two nights.
