Had one of the worst "Customer Experiences" of my life on Friday 16th December 2016.Now I have to admit that arriving with 15 large boxes that need posting on a Friday afternoon, would be daunting for anyone working behind the counter.But what I would not expect was to be sneered at through the glass as I approached the counter with my trolley full of parcels, with a shake of the head and a raising of the eyes to the ceiling. John's welcome could not have been less welcoming.I was lucky enough to be served by Maria, but despite this John continued to snipe at me with comments such as "could you not have brought these in a couple at a time". I replied "No".Another TUT and a "this is ridiculous" made me reply that "he was being rude" A further comment of "you could have done this on-line you know" was really the last straw. I had contacted Parcel Force who stated that if each parcel had to be paid for separately, then it was likely that the card would be declined on the 3rd or 4th attempt and that I should either go to South Leeds to drop them all off or take them to a local Post Office I thought turning up to a local post office willing to spend nearly 200 on postage would have been a Sub Post Masters Dream, but sadly not for John.All I can say John, is that I hope this will be a small nudge to make you think again about being so rude to a customer. We may not always be right, but we always need to be treated with respect.Sadly there is not a "0" Star option as that is what would have been given here.
