Very disappointing. Poor Customer Service/Aftercare, after a promising start. Came out to job quickly and did a fair job for a fair price. But left a slight leak/drip on the system. Left us hanging several times after arranging to come and check their work and simple fix "no problem". Each time they confirmed that they would to return to site, they never showed up. Before and after Christmas, their phones were off and/or messages were ignored until new year, when the original review got their attention and they became threatening (legal action) if we didn't delete the poor review. Have edited this review accordingly hence poor 1 star rating. Could've been a solid 4 if they'd just tweaked whatever was erroneous on any of the occasions they said they would be there.
Avoid this company. Dont call back. Dont come to appointments. Lie about when they will turn up. Cant leave 0 stars. Rubbish
Recently I've had a lot of troubles with my heating in my house, I decided to call Robinsons of Harrogate to determine what the problem was. Jason came out the same day to have a look and managed to fix it by the next day! I was extremely impressed with how quickly he managed to solve my problem and how professional he was. I will definitely use Robinsons of Harrogate again if I am ever in need of a local plumber.
i called robinsons of Harrogate on a Sunday as I woke up smelling gas he came out promptly and found where the gas was leaking sorry again to take your time up on a weekend
Thanks to Jason for fitting me into his hectic schedule to replace my boiler radiators etc at last my flat is toasty and warm excellent service and he even removed all the rubbish will definitely be using him again
