Great service. I bought tickets for the wrong time, wrong cinema and when I got to Harrogate the staff allowed me to swap them to harrogate, no problem. Relieved daddy, happy family!
Very comfortable, sofa' s and foot rests. Clean, luxurious. Prices to match. Can't comment on the food as I wouldn't pay those prices. Great for a treat.
Fantastic cinema and all round experience from booking to being shown to your seat. Yes it is more expensive than rivals but for me I enjoyed the smaller screenings and the sofa's for 2. Popcorn was nice and other food being delivered looked good. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the film's being shown. Well worth a visit
Great setting to watch a movie. Setting is on trend and pleasing. Bar/foyer area is a cool place to hang before watching a film with good food and drink options.
Great way to watch a film. It was like being in someone's living room. Great new Dolby sound too. I've never had hot tea available in a glass cup at the movies!
