Easy to use and the staff are really helpful
We've been using them for about 6 months and we are not impressed. We send our laundry to them every week. We started losing a sock here and there, and almost every week we would get someone else's socks in ours, we always returned other people's stuff and reported ours missing but never saw our socks again. We were also getting other people's underwear and no doubt we were missing our own as well and hadn't noticed. We started losing bigger items like a giant towel. They were always on time with pick up and delivery, but for how much they charge they should take better care of your stuff.
We always have our duvets laundered here. Very friendly service. Always comes back spotless and smelling fresh. Highly recommended.
