Store is nice, well stocked and clean. The staff well I've worked in customer service and they are shocking. I had to interact with a till operator who was very nice, then I went to the CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK to return a faulty product and the person there was rude, dismissive she didn't look at me but over my shoulder. I asked for a replacement and she gave me a gift card because she wasn't listening. So still angry I went to the kiosk and was tret just as badly. The woman glared at my loaf of bread and asked me if I was paying for that. I replied I had and showed her my receipt, feeling like a criminal, and she shrugged and turned her back on me. I don't use Asda often after being acosted by the security manager last year in the store and marched off to have my bag searched although it was empty. I don't think I'll be going again. Tesco express is as good less products but the staff are nice and and it is clean and well stocked.

Asda this year has slowly gone down hill, they are constantly running out of bags and have done for at least the last 6 months now. Less checkout staff. Less self scans taking cash and more oftern than not half the self scans dont work. Dont even get me started on their coffee machine. It has had an out of order sign on more days than it hasn't. Total shambles
Great ASDA location. The isles were in good places and it was easy to find the chocolate milk for my children. Roof is a bit low
I enjoy shopping at Asda, as they have a great variety at good prices, I really like the children's wear and think it is good quality at really affordable prices. However on shopping there this morning, I couldn't help but overhear 2 senior colleagues having a heated discussion in the baby isle. Very unprofessional!!! May I suggest that meeting of that nature be undertaken in private.
