As ever, a very pleasant experience whilst shopping today. The staff are always very friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. They have a good range of Fairtrade products, including wine and chocolate, and their wonderful selection of freshly-baked bread and pastries are well worth a special trip, (although you need to get in early to avoid disappointment).(I am bewildered by the comments of the previous reviewer...)
A rather unfortunate experience with the female manager 2 days ago over a simple refund for a book of 6 1st class stamps. She treated both me and the man on the till with such contempt I have decided not to shop there again. I am treated with respect in nearby Sainsburys and M&S.
