I ordinarily use Bubble Run, but took my car here yesterday as it is close to my work and they scratched my car... all over! They scratched the inside of one of my window tints, which now needs to be re-tinted and accepted no responsibility whatsoever, claiming that I was trying to blame them for something that was already there! There are surface scratches on pretty much every panel, door and bonnet. Whilst they will polish out, it is completely besides the point! I requested that they polish it out and was told that they would, but would charge me! Whilst I appreciate that this is a horrible mistake (something was clearly trapped in the cloth), the supposed manager's attitude was abysmal. I will be having it professionally fixed and will be taking them to court if they do not reimburse me.
